Hi!

We are a community of people living in a mobile home park in New Lebanon. We have a wide variety of residents, some who have lived in the park since it was first built almost 70 years ago.

We are hoping to build a stronger community within the park. Everyone owns their own home and is a permanent resident. In the past, the park owners have not fostered a strong sense of trust and community in the park. We are trying to change that.

There is a large lawn for planting gardens, quiet and peaceful location, and a small town with plenty of opportunity for entrepreneurial minds.

If you are interested in living here, please get in touch! It's the least expensive way that I know of to own your own home in a great community of people.
