Mission: Our mission is to create a regenerative sanctuary for the conscious mind.

We are at the beginning of this journey. Formerly a co-housing space held for music events. We are currently in the process of transitioning to a more diversified sanctuary that benefits our new members and the community around it.

Our vision is to utilize the property to create community through the establishment of it's own ethical food source, music, art, and various other modes of healing the mind, body & soul.

We plan to incorporate permaculture techniques both in the physical and social sense. We plan to have compost toilets and outdoor kitchens. We envision buses, rv's, tiny houses, and tents to occupy our land. We will turn sand into luscious black gold. We will collect the water from the sky and use it to bathe and wash our dishes. We will create a maker's space for maker's of all types.

We plan on further developing our entrepreneur-like dreams on the property which will take many forms such as a farm-to-table kitchen, recording studio for musicians, & bicycle mechanic shop. Creating an income doing what we we love to do within the comfort of our own sanctuary.

We would like to host you. At this time we can only take people that we feel bring balance to our current timeline. This being said, we are actively seeking builders, carpenters, resource accumulators, grant-writers, healers, musicians, artists, permaculturists, arborists, labors, raw vegan/vegan chefs, homesteaders, upcyclers, minimalists, non-profit business managers, yoga instructors, flow artists, well installers, natural pool builders, & people with earth skills we havent mentioned that you think may apply.

Typical stays are for 4 days unless an agreement is reached for special situations which may require more time.
we currently are working on building our first garden and wil not have enough food for visitors so we ask that you are able to take care of yourself for the most part. We appreciate a non-gmo environment. We try to live as harmoniously with the environment as possible so earth-friendly products are appreciated.
