I am looking for co-founders, investors, and business partners to establish non-profit corporations and my first eco-village/eco-resort. So I need people that are willing to invest time, resources and/or work as hard as I have to establish these visions and dreams. There is no municipal water at the property at present so it is not suitable for children under 18. If someone wanted to help me establish the infrastructure to increase the water treatment facilities and construct private restrooms then that would be different.

Aponi Gardens is over twelve acres of land in the greater Big Thicket region of Southeast Texas. The main property is in Tyler County, along the northern gateway to the Big Thicket and the smaller recreational lot is in Montgomery County in an area known as the Little Thicket. The goal is to establish a completely self-sufficient community through permaculture, community enterprises, agroforesty and ecotourism. I have a unique vision and brand of ecotourism and farming that I would like to establish here and replicate elsewhere. I am currently seeking co founders and partners. We have open places for offgrid RV's, yurts, tents and tiny homes. Also there is plenty of room to build your own wigwam, teepee or longhouse.

One week RV camping is $400 and you will be the only other party on the 12 acre property. Tent camping for one week is $100, but other guest may be present. If you want to be the only other party the fee is the same as for an RV. RV and tent camping for one month is $640 as the sole party camping on the grounds. For one month's tent camping with the possibility of other guest the fee is $460.

Some of the main types of construction that I am interested in are log building and ferrocement construction.

At present the only connection to the grid is electricity. Electricity is available at the front of the recreational lot.

The Tyler County property is an amazing biologically diverse property with ideal topography for retention ponds. I presently have nearly everything we need to build a log cabin. During the dead of winter is the time to cut the trees traditionally.
