CohoMadison is an intentionally inclusive community. We welcome people of all racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds, all cognitive and physical abilities, all ages, and any sexual orientation.

We have designed a compact 45 unit building in a walkable urban neighborhood on Madison's East side. CohoMadison includes 11 affordable and 34 market-rate, one-to-three bedroom units, and 10 affordable artist studios. The site also includes Madison Circus Space, an educational, practice, and performance venue for the circus arts in Madison.

We have identified a site and partnered with an supportive developer. We hope to break ground in late Spring 2018 and move in during the summer of 2019.
