Mission: Hello, I'm Tina, a 57 year old Disabled woman who has been working my 2.52 acres of land for 15 years. This property is absolutely beautiful! It is located inland 45 minutes from St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. I have a working orchard, vegetable and herb gardens. The orchard consists of pomegranate, fig, peach, Japanese plum, pecan. I have matured strawberry that is continually expanding in size. All plantings are heirloom organic, non-GMO and cultivated using organic growing regulations. I am not certified organic but could become so. A note on my disability: I am a Disabled Benzene worker. Which means I have severe multiple chemical sensitivity and living/working with others who use fragrance in or on anything is impossible. So I am looking for others who do not want to tolerate chemical fragrances. I need someone who has an income; be it SSD or SS or other, to be a Co-Applicant for loan approval to purchase a new mobile home on my land. This co-applicant will be co-owner as well.
