From www.ic.org/directory/south-knowlesville-landtrust/:
Working to develop a small, dense, rural neighborhood where urban and rural sensibilities can be brought together to create a wellspring of opportunities for the inhabitants and surrounding community. We are an off-grid community in rural New Brunswick who steward 120+ acres of beautiful land in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. We are a group of individuals and families living on personal lots within a greater plot of land. Much of the land is designated communal wild space and communal agricultural space. We practise permaculture and work to protect the land. We have been working to create a functioning sustainable (or better) community.
