Mission: We believe in integrated farming that produces high quality food and products. Efficient land management practices and the use of livestock are key to our farming practices. Our integrated farm includes: the use of self pollinating crops specifically chosen for our environment that have not been genetically altered, purebred Galloway and South Devon cattle selected for hardiness and grazing efficiency, mixed oak and hickory woodlots in which we run and finish a select herd of Poland China pigs. Border Leicesters and Southdown sheep are rotationally grazed with their fleeces being processed on the farm. Poultry includes Chantecler large fowl, Muscovy ducks, and Roman geese used for weed and insect management. Draft horses are used extensively.
