Mulvey Creek Land Co-operative

MCLC is situated on 240 acres in the spectacular wilderness of British Columbia. The land has an abundance of potable creek water, over five acres of rich, arable garden or crop lands, and forest reserves. Valhalla Park, with its hiking trails and glacial lakes, is our backyard.
Members may purchase four-acre lots that are cooperatively owned according to a Share Purchase Agreement. Rentals are occasionally available to non members.
Some members prefer a more individualistic lifestyle, and their privacy is respected. We are five miles from the town of Slocan and 75 minutes from Nelson. We are off-grid and sometimes require four-wheel-drive during the weeks of Spring and Fall seasonal transitions. Individual driveways are not plowed during the winter & there is a need to walk or ski varying distances from where the plowing ends.
