CW Lismortel is one of the larger cohousing projects in The Netherlands with about 60 households. The project consists of 10 groups (clusters of houses). For the whole project there is a central building for all kind of meetings. The community was built in 1983.
The Dutch name for cohousing is “centraal wonen” (CW).
